Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for dedicated and active **Housekeeping Supervisor **to join our extraordinary team Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai, Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

**Your Day to Day**

In a nutshell, as Housekeeping Supervisor, you will promote the desired work culture around Our Winning Ways and the brand ethos. In addition, your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead and Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
- Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
- Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warmup and departmental meetings
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

- Previous Housekeeping Supervisory experience
- Good communication skills
- Team work
- Ability to work in a rotating shift and dynamic environment
- Flexibility
