The Role
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for online business. Reporting to E-commerce Manager, you'll work closely with the marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns across various digital channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROI and achieving key business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management: - Execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns planned by E-Commerce Manager across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, snapchat, Linkedin etc. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve targets. - Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters. 2. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: - Identify and target relevant audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data. 3. Budget Management: - Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. - Monitor spending against targets and adjust budgets as needed to optimize performance as per the brief from E-commerce Manager. 4. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports. - Present findings and recommendations, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. 5. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, creative design) to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives. - Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment. - In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO etc.) and best practices. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. - Certification in Google Ads, Facebook, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
