We need below Shipyard Workforce with New building experience.

1. Hull Supervisor (2 Nos)

2. Hull Foreman (2 Nos)

3. Piping Foreman (2 Nos)

4. Pipe Fitter (2 Nos)

5. Welders (15 Nos)

6. Fabricator/Fitter (15 Nos)

**Responsibilities**

**Hull Supervisor**:

- Compiling staff rotas, dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Briefing their teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
- Maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, ensuring staff have adequate first aid and fire safety training
- Recruiting, training and helping staff reach their professional development goals
- Devising work schedules and implementing deadlines
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
- Responsible for the planning and supervision of the production team under Steel/Hull Work
- Preparation of reports as required (Training will be provided for the preparation of reports)
- Coordination with the relevant Shipyard Departments
- Familiar with Construction Drawings, will required to go on board Vessel for checking and inspection.
- Relevant Ship building Experience required
- Conducting performance reviews

**Hull Foreman**:

- Responsible for the planning and supervision of the production team under Steel/Hull Work
- Preparation of reports as required (Training will be provided for the preparation of reports)
- Coordination with the relevant Shipyard Departments
- Familiar with Construction Drawings, will required to go on board Vessel for checking and inspection.
- Relevant Ship building Experience required.

**Piping Foreman**:

- Prepare all work instructions (such as installation and selection documents) necessary for equipment setup.
- Analyze all mechanical designs
- Provide support to all purchase activities and ensure the correctness of vendor submittals.
- Inspect and analyze all mechanical equipment and ensure all these have adhered to the latest technology.
- Provide assistance to all senior engineers and suggest improvements to required design; travel to plant sites to analyze all equipment.
- Coordinate with various teams to administer all ongoing assignments and check their status reports.
- Interpret all design codes and ensure effective performance of all piping activities.
- Develop new methods and strategies to suggest improvements to all activities carried out by the piping production team.

**Pipe Fitter**:

- Reading and reviewing blueprints
- According to specifications, install support equipment like hangers, brackets, pneumatic equipment, and hydraulic cylinders
- Inspect the worksite to ensure no obstructions to the pipe and if there are any holes or interference, repair or modify the design
- Cutting pipes using handheld and power tools like hammer and chisel, cutting torch, pipe cutter, and pipe cutting machine
- Threading and bending pipes using pipe bending tools and threading machines
- Assembling and installing tubes, fittings, and non-metallic attachments.
- Joining pipes using threads, soldering, brazing, or cemented connections
- Inspecting piping systems and machinery to detect machinery malfunctions
- Creating protective pipe layers using paints and other mechanisms
- Operating material movement machinery to lift pipes, support equipment, and heavy machinery

**Welders**:

- Complying with health, safety and environment policy while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Ensuring observance of standard operating procedures in day today execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping of the workshop and machines.
- Interpret drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
- Welding and fabrication of components, structures, pipelines etc.
- Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
- Maintain and repair all machinery.
- Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
- Carrying out routine preventive maintenance inspections on all equipment.
- Responding to abrupt machinery breakdowns with technicians anytime.
- Ensuring proper utilization and storage of all equipment and tools.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

**Fabricator/ Fitters**:

- Understand shipyard operation and safety protocol
- Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated maritime structures
- Cutting and welding with a variety of processes
- Metal forming, bending, finishing, and rigging
- Ability to tack weld, repair, design, and layout plate or pipe materials
- Ability to work in shop/field environments and sometimes heights

**Qualifications**
- Experience in New Shipbuilding
- Relevant Certification for Welders & Fitters

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
