**Job Requirement**: Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field. Proven experience as a Naval Architect, preferably in the shipbuilding or marine industry. Proficiency in ship design software and engineering tools, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Maxsurf. Strong knowledge of naval architecture principles, hydrodynamics, structural analysis, and ship systems. Familiarity with shipbuilding processes, marine regulations, and classification society rules. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design and engineering challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to ship design and construction. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
