- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Liaising with internal departments and coordination with Engineers, Suppliers and Client.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
- Knowledge for handling with the LPO, Quotation Report and client requirements.
- Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
- Knowledge for Documents and filing
- Prefer Fit Out or Contruction Background at least 2 years Experience.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
