We are looking for Administration Officer for Emarati Local

Job responsibilities

Ø Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Ø Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Ø Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ø Ensure showroom area, items, office, tailoring area is neat and tidy.

Ø Act as a coordinator between clients and the Designers until the project completion.

Ø Assist Designer in compiling a portfolio of their work.

Ø Develop relationships with vendors (Fabrics / Wallpapers) and negotiate the terms.

Ø Obtained and organized plan specifications to assure contractors accurate product placement.

Ø Research fabrics, floor and wall covering, antiques and accessories as and when required.

Ø Coordinate with contractors, vendors and shipping agents.

Ø Liaised with vendors, participated in client/designer meetings.

Ø Coordinated the ordering and tracking of furniture pieces.

Ø Update, track and monitor client and vendor account information.

Ø Provide pricing, and delivery information to Designers and their clients.

Ø Coordinate for the deliveries to the client’s residence.

Ø **To ensure zero delay on the orders placed.**

Ø **Reviewing and updating the catalogues on quarterly basis.**

Ø **To ensure quality of moot boards and organization of fabric library**
