We are currently looking to enhance our Team with a passionate, results -oriented Membership Sales Executive The purpose of this role is:
**1. JOB SUMMARY: Purpose of this role**

**A.** **Achieve Company Net Sales Value (NSV) Targets**
- To achieve 100% monthly & annual sales target as per the set Company objectives
- Deliver 100% against all Sales KPIs (membership targets, course targets, conversion rates, retention rates, profitability etc.)
- Convert leads & prospects into customers by implementing the sales funnel process across media:
1. Sales Calls/Tele sales

2. Walk -Ins

3. WhatsApp

5. Social Media
- Constantly follow up & nourish every sale opportunity across the Company’s revenue pillars & ensure all deals are closed & all prospects on-boarded
- Optimize the sales mix by driving the most strategic & profitable business offerings: Memberships, Courses, Workshops, Retreats, Corporate Solutions, Online Courses
- Recruit New Prospects (online & off line) into memberships by successfully recommending the right offering (membership plan) that addresses their needs
- Retain and upgrade existing active customers, regain inactive customers & pre-empt customer attrition
- Enhance customer loyalty through relationship management & drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities

**B. Deliver customer service excellence**
- Manage customer enquiries in a commercially savvy and influential manner; engage in constructive customer interactions that achieve sales closure while projecting the right business image
- Create a WOW effect to all prospective customers by understanding the real need, inspiring & suggesting those Company offerings (Memberships, Courses) that successfully match that need state

**C. Produce timely & accurate sales reports**
- Master the Company’s systems to produce informative, insight-centric sales reports
- Synthesize different resources to compile reports on all Sales Teams KPIs
- Understand financial KPIs and identify successful ways to deliver against them
- Deliver daily accurate leads’ & prospects’ status update reporting for inputs in marketing streamlining process

**D. Manage, coach & develop the sales team**
- Set up the right routines, workflows & reporting for the Sales Team
- Prepare monthly performance reviews per Sales Team member
- Recommend & implement training & coaching initiatives for the development of the Sales Team members
- Conduct product, sales & customer service KPI trainings to the Team every month

**E. Live the Company Values & DNA**
- Acts as an owner & ambassador of all Company Values
- Safeguard and ensure compliance on Company processes

**3. RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University or College Degree (BSc/BA) in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar discipline
- Minimum 6 years sales experience in the fitness, wellness or other similar industry is a must
- Proven sales track record on branded sales of high value offerings
- Physically fit & deeply knowledgeable on the benefits of wellbeing, mental & physical
- Experience managing & mentoring a Sales Team for at least 2 years

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai Marina: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
