Are you ready to become an integral part of a leading Procurement team? We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Data Item Management Coordinator to bring your expertise and passion to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive item data support to various departments and playing a pivotal role in the procurement process. As the backbone of our item data management, you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our ERP systems.
**Your responsibilities as a data item management coordinator**
- Master Data Management: Maintain data structures within a document management system.
- ERP System Management: Manage, organize, coordinate, and update item data in the ERP system.
- ERP User Support: Provide training, assistance, and resolve incidents for ERP users within the Master Data environment.
- Data Reporting: Provide information upon request and generate (standard) item data reports.
- Issue Resolution: Support and resolve issues through Top Desk or IT tickets within the ERP system.
- Process Improvement: Initiate improvements in administrative processes and procedures.
**Your qualities**
You can make your mark as a data item management coordinator if you will have:
- Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Possessing advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and reporting, basic knowledge of databases, and preferably with understanding of Power BI.
- Affinity with ERP: Advanced knowledge and use of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of PIM Applications: Advanced.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
