Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners **Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.**:
- Advanced knowledge of CCTV Camera's and Firewalls.
- Expert in MS Office.
- Responsible for the daily backups.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Minimum 2 Years of experience in UAE is required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
