HR Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
Assist with daily HR operations, ensuring all employee records are accurately maintained and up to date.
Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and off-boarding.
Implement and uphold HR policies across the organization.
Address and resolve employee queries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Stay informed on changes in labor legislation and ensure compliance.
Communicate employee benefits and additional perks, ensuring a positive work environment.
Provide HR solutions by collecting and analyzing data and recommending action plans.
Update employee records with new hires, promotions, and other employment changes.
Support operational leadership in fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Monitor and maintain the attendance system, preparing monthly reports.
Organize and support HR calendar activities, including events and compliance deadlines.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, with expertise in HR systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Knowledge & Competency:
Solid understanding of labor laws and payroll processes.
Strong focus on employee experience and satisfaction.
Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
Personality:
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Empathetic and attentive, able to understand employee needs and concerns.
Problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
