As a leading global independent professional services company operating in the construction and built environment industry, Turner & Townsend has a growing footprint across the Middle East. The Middle East Business Generation (MEBG) team are the custodians and drivers of best practice and expertise across all aspects of marketing and business development: brand and comms, digital and social media, winning bids and key client management. As our Middle East business expands, we require to broaden the support provided by the MEBG team.

**The role**

This role will support the ongoing functioning of the Middle East Business Generation team. The post holder will support all aspects of digital marketing and content creation across our digital channels and our intranet system. They will help to drive tactical delivery of content, campaigns, and initiatives, and will support reporting of activity to relevant team members and wider stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the team content planner, tracking activity and monitoring progress.
- Support Director and BG team in creating and scheduling content to digital and social media channels.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer for visual content for use on social channels and at events.
- Monitor activity across our content channels to identify opportunities to share content from our clients, spokespeople, and other stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with content owners and publish content on the corporate website following agreed approval processes.
- Ensure all our content is aligned with our policies and style guides, editing as required.
- Work with stakeholders to attain content for general internal communication updates and external project case studies, tracking progress and managing content deadlines.
- Coordinate with Key Client Leads to attain information for online Key Client pages.
- Collate trusted market research - contributing relevant industry statistics and client pipeline information for content planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams as relevant for content approvals.
- Support the Business Generation Managers in the planning, promotion, and execution of both internal and external events.

**Skills and behaviours required**
- Must have proven ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organised with a customer-orientated approach.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Should be confident in working with an array of stakeholders.
- Experience of using customer engagement platforms and marketing databases.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (word, powerpoint, excel) is essential.
- Understanding of relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of digital and social marketing principles, including SEO and Google Analytics.
- Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business highly preferred.

**Role dependencies**
- Reports into Business Generation Manager, Dubai
- This role is not client facing

**Location and travel**
- The post holder can be based in our Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices
- There is no requirement for travel beyond occasional trips to Dubai

**Qualifications**

Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business highly preferred.
