We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled **Customer Success Manager** with total work experience between **2 to 5 years** to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the bridge between our customers and our software products, ensuring that clients receive top-notch support, guidance, and value from our solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions.
- Conduct screen-sharing sessions and create screen recordings to help customers troubleshoot and understand our software.
- Actively participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the product development and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Create and maintain documentation and resources to aid customers in using our products effectively.
- Ensure customer retention and success by proactively identifying opportunities for value optimization.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Possess a technical background and have an understanding of company internal operations (e.g., HR, events) to better support our clients.
- Must have experience working in small team environments and thrive in such settings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer support or success roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Chat tools and screen-recording software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
