**Requirements**:
1.Must be fluent in both Russian and English to effectively communicate with our Russian-speaking clientele and collaborate with our multicultural clients. 2. A desire to establish a career in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, showcasing an ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. 3. Demonstrated understanding of the UAE business environment, its trends, and opportunities, ideally with a focus on the needs and business culture of Russian-speaking clients. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish, nurture, and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
