The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning process for the company's glass projects based in UAE.

The primary role of the Planning Manager is to ensure that project schedules are developed and maintained, and that resources are allocated efficiently to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement project schedules for all glass projects, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Work with the project team to identify resource requirements for each project, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor project progress against the project schedule, and take corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are being met, and keep them informed of progress.
- Identify potential risks to project schedules and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Manage the planning team and ensure they are appropriately trained and motivated to achieve departmental objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on planning department performance, including KPIs and financial metrics.
- Continuously improve the project planning process by analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling in the construction or glass industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of project Planning methodologies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
