Has an experience in customer service / customer care
- Has an experience in cold calls
- Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants
- Providing support to brokers and other agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and taking notes during meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and landlords, including communicating with tenants to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Drafting letters and notices to clients, colleagues, vendors, or other parties involved in real estate transactions

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: AED2000.00 - AED2500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
