Claims Officer

1. Handle the day-to-day claims processing for healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain updated and accurate records of claims, payments and other associated processes.
3. Review claims for completeness and accuracy, including collecting and verifying necessary supporting documentation.
4. Identify problems that may affect payment of claims and notify insurance partners of any issues.
5. Communicate with various insurance partners representatives to resolve claims related issues.
6. Respond to rejection or requests related to claims.
7. Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements related to claims processing.
8. Maintain healthy and productive relationships with insurance companies and other external individuals involved in the claims process.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
