Payoneer is looking for a highly talented **Customer Success Manager, MEA** to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The incumbent will be tasked to enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in MEA region (Middle East and Africa) to get paid globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for engaging and growing key accounts within the region. This role requires some travel.
**What you'll be spending your time on**:
- Manage existing client relationships through a consultative approach as a business partner, responsible for retention, upsell & cross-sell
- Understand the intricacies of our services and partner networks thoroughly to leverage as needed to meet our clients' needs and translate these opportunities through upsells
- Prepare and implement account development plans per key account to maximize engagement and opportunities with clients
- Have the passion and drive to exceed strategic and financial targets
- Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, product) and be the voice of the customer
- Share feedback and information on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information
- Growing the company's capability in financial services industry and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics, business development managers, sales and delivery teams for developing offerings and cross-selling to existing clients and prospects
- Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

**For this role you are also**:
- Bi-lingual (ability to communicate in Turkish)
- Analytical and data oriented, strong in data backed decision making
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communications skills
**Have you done this kind of stuff?**
- At least 5 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in key account management, business development or sales experience
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
**Not a must but a great advantage**:
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools
- Experience working in an international company
