The role of a Logistics Control Tower Analyst is pivotal within the BRF Distribution Digital Platform. Core responsibilities encompass a thorough analysis of operational gaps, identification, and validation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of distribution centers, transportation, and commercial teams (sales and merchandiser). This involves orchestrating the development and execution of strategic action plans aimed at achieving targeted enhancements. Furthermore, the analyst is tasked with assimilating and disseminating industry best practices into the GCC region. A significant aspect of this role involves providing comprehensive support to distribution centers, transportation, and commercial teams through the enhancement of the digital platform. It ensures seamless alignment with customers' delivery Time windows, geographic considerations, and service time. Additionally, the Logistics Control Tower Analyst engages in continuous examination of the distribution networks across the region, this encompasses evaluating fleet profiles, distribution center sizing and placement, routing strategies, and related geographical intricacies. By doing so, the analyst facilitates the formulation of optimal supply chain designs to streamline operations and drive efficiency throughout the region.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelors’ degree.
- Advanced/post graduate degrees is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Other languages such as Arabic, Turkish or Portuguese are plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fleet management environment, or distribution management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Big data/ data analytics experience preferred.
- Experience with telematic system is required;
- Willing to travel 30% of the time.
