**RECEPTIONIST/HOSPITALITY EXECUTIVE**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answers phone calls and supports visitors and serve coffee/tea/refreshments. Use of Nespresso Machine is compulsory and shall be tested.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Ensure the upkeep and daily cleanliness of the office space.
- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Microsoft Office Skills - Will be tested
- Basic accounting skills - Will be tested
- Professionalism
- Problem Solving
- Verbal Communication

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of experience in a similar role

**WORK HOURS & BENEFITS**
- As advised my management with a one-hour lunchbreak

(Flexibility on start and end time would be required based on business requirements)
- Monthly salary
