**Responsibilities**:
- Menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets customer specifications.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
- Develop new menu items and recipes.
- Monitor food costs and budgeting to ensure profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Catering Chef, Hotel or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
