Operation Executive

A Dubai based semi-Government Facility Management Company is looking for Operations Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes, coordinating with different departments, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-**
- Coordinate site supervisors ,engineers and client for preventive maintenance scheduling and day to day permits
- Co ordinate with site team and provide the support on facilities operations.
- Carry out site variable job billing.
- Prepare site executive summary reports co ordinating with site supervisors
- Co ordinate with office admin team and carry out necessary admin works such as below
- you need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- You will be managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- You will keep a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- You will monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment which is favorable for high work productivity.
- Apart from this, you should also monitor the every performance metrics and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis
- Prepare site executive summary reports co ordinating with site supervisors
- Co ordinate with office admin team and carry out necessary admin works.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills. This skill-set can possibly be the most important part in identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.
- You should have strong communication skills.
- Good leadership skills as your main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.
- Any degree with very good computer skills with knowledge of accounting software and advance excel.

- Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED 4000.00 per month Depending on experince.
