Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as required.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings, ensure timely distribution, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data for presentations, reports, and projects as assigned.
- Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively identify issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual - English & Arabic Speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in coordinating travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and managing calendars is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
