**Position Overview**: The Executive Assistant to the COO cum Customer Service Relation will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in their day-to-day activities while also serving as a key liaison between the company and its customers. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Customer Service Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in products/services and customer experience.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Facilitate communication between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that messages are conveyed accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- **Information Management**:

- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity, exercising sound judgment in handling privileged information.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant documents and records as needed.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, conferences, and other special occasions, including logistics, catering, and guest arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or client relations is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
