**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Executive (HORECA/Food service) will be responsible for generating new accounts and maintaining, increasing and managing existing client accounts. Jobholder will be responsible to oversee all proactive customer development tasks and ensure consistent high-level service throughout the sales cycle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages the day-to-day sales activities to achieve sales targets through profitable business relationships.
- Identifies, qualifies, and solicits proactively new business and manages other active accounts to achieve individual revenue goals in line with the business’s budgetary objectives.
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Prepares accurate proposals, contracts, quotations and other documents related to sales activities.
- Provides ongoing support to clients by communicating and conducting visits to ensure relationships are maintained.
- Communicates accurately with supporting departments to ensure effective execution of client requirements.
- Source new sales opportunities by meeting with procurement and senior management decision-makers in the Hotels, QSR & catering channels.
- Develop and implement a clearly defined sales plan for new and existing accounts and proactively track the performance of your accounts to identify key drivers of the performance and implement corrective actions to deliver against sales targets.
- Strong customer database for HORECA /food-service sales.
- Competitor Analysis to convert accounts
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely collection of overdue payments from the accounts.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 3+ years’ HORECA sales/business development experience in the Horeca channels, particularly in Hotels, QSRs, Caterings (Flight catering, corporate catering) & PremiuM/Fine dining restaurants
- Proven record in driving new business revenue and delivering annual sales growth through new business, key account and client relationship management within the UAE.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate with corporate senior-level decision-makers.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Use clear verbal & written communication in all aspects of work.
- Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally and work cross-functionally involving supporting departments.
- High standards of professional conduct with excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Desired Candidature**:
To be successful on this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related courses.
- Minimum 3 years of Food distribution/ Food manufacturing experience handling Beef, Poultry & Sausages/Cold cuts.
- Driving license Holder and experienced in the field of HORECA.
