**Skill**:Change Management**

**Experience: 6+Yrs**
- Change Management Methodologies ADKAR, Prosci
- Stakeholder Analysis and Management
- Organizational Design roles and responsibilities refinement
- Operation Model refinement
- Communication Planning and Executio
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical tools
- Change management expertise
- Project management skills
