To provide high level confidential support to the GM by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meetings and other executive meetings
- Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area
- Work with executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for meetings
- Prepare the conference room for presentations and staff meetings.
- Screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries.
- Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for the General manager.
- Managing executive’s calendar and business diary.
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
- Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
- Organizing staff appreciation functions, and other company events.
- To plan and manage key organizational events such a General meetings, Staff and Volunteer conference, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required.
**Required Skills**:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in secretarial role or PA.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients / internal stake holders.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
- Certification in office administration or management is advantageous.
- Good phone etiquette.
- The ability to multitask.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.

**Salary**: AED 7500/Month
