**Personal Assistant**
We are seeking an organized and trusted Personal Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative assistance, including managing appointments, meetings, and other arrangements for the management.
- Organize and coordinate personal and professional engagements, including events, meetings, and social commitments.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare, review, and format requested documents
- Prepare LPOs, proposals and invoices
- Prepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis
- Assist with research, reporting, and other special projects and initiatives as required.
- Coordinate personal tasks and requirements to optimize the management team’s time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
- **Fluency in English is required**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in all required languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
