Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth. _The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. _Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers’ cross-border business. _It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_
**Scope and Purpose**:
Support the GRM, Financial Institutions in: - the relationship with the customers, assuring all support and administrative functions are properly, timely and effectively managed - Implementing plans and strategies in cross selling Banks products to FIs in the region - Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders( Ops, Treasury, Legal, Compliance etc) for execution of transactions
**Required Experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in the position with an international bank or one of the large Middle East banks, exposure to the region would be preferable
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:
- University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Management/ finance/economics. - Working knowledge in the Bank's products and services, with a particular focus on Trade finance, Treasury and Capital Markets - Good commercial skills, with a preferred experience on coverage of FI clients. - Written, verbal and presentation skills along with good interpersonal skills - Team player and result oriented - Literate and proficient use of with Microsoft - Good understanding of Banks Financial Statements - Good communication and presentation skills, both for the customers and the internal activities of the bank - Commercial attitude and negotiating skills - Operational and Legal knowledge and understanding of the Financial Institutions activity, applied to the required documentation - Knowledge of the financial markets and ability to understand their trends and patterns - Understanding of KYC/Compliance/AML regulations
