- Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers’ cross-border business. It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:

- Support the GRMs in developing and managing customer relationships
- Support the GRMs in the qualitative analysis that supports Investment Banking/Structured Finance during the origination phase and in carrying out administrative activities in support of customer management.
- Support the GRMs in evaluating the operational trend and economic performance of customers and in implementing the necessary corrective measures
- Support the GRMs in achieving the profitability, sales and risk objectives of customers, participating in the preparation of the plans and the offer to the customers of competence.
- Interact operationally with the Network's relationship structures in Italy and abroad for the customers of competence
- Ensure the quality of the work performed and the adherence to deadlines by actively intervening in urgent transactions
- Ensure that customers are properly managed by guaranteeing compliance with operational processes and company regulations
- Support origination activities (data collection, data processing, economic and financial data analysis, benchmarking analysis and modelling).

**Required Experience**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Knowledge of banking is preferred

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Mathematical, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills.
