**Key Responsibilities: Training and Development**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for salon staff on various facial treatments, including classic facials, anti-aging, acne treatments, chemical peels, hydrating facials, and more.
- Educate team members on the proper use of salon equipment such as microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other advanced facial tools.
- Provide ongoing education on new skincare products, industry trends, and advanced techniques.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to ensure all estheticians are skilled and confident in performing facial services.
- Evaluate the performance of salon staff and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and service delivery.

**Skincare Consultation and Product Training**:

- Teach staff how to perform client consultations, analyze skin conditions, and recommend appropriate facial treatments based on skin type and concerns.
- Train team members on product knowledge, including active ingredients and their benefits for different skin types.
- Provide guidance on upselling salon treatments and retail skincare products to boost salon revenue.

**Service Standards and Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all facial services are performed following salon protocols and meet the highest standards of hygiene and client satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of facial treatments performed by staff, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable client experience.
- Address client feedback and work closely with staff to continuously improve facial service delivery.

**Salon Operations Support**:

- Assist in selecting and sourcing the best skincare products and tools for the salon.
- Keep training materials and product knowledge updated to reflect the latest industry advancements.
- Help maintain the salon’s cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified/licensed esthetician or skincare therapist (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in professional facial treatments within a salon or spa environment.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring estheticians or beauty therapists is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of skincare products, facial techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to teach and guide others.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in skincare and facials.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and skincare.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
