We are hiring a Business Manager for Radioligand Therapeutic Area, who will be responsible to lead, manage and develop the relevant Brand with its current and future product portfolio, delivering sales and market share objectives within the frame work of Novartis IM region concept.
The main roles and responsibilities of the role are as defined below:
Develops and coordinates Region and Centre/Hospital plans in line with Specialty objectives
Develops and executes business plans and delivers required financial results for Pluvicto
Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources and budget management to deliver required business results
Builds and establish excellent matrix management relationships with counterparts in other countries to optimize local support and local budget spend.
Provides expert Pluvicto insight to the local healthcare systems and their likely impact on patients
Builds effective and enduring customer relationships and promotes Novartis as a preferred partner
Identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the region, and where appropriate, establishes clinical forums, programs and alliances to support customers, prescribers, pharmacists, nursing personnel etc.
Delivers all promotional tools and design regional programs to drive achievement
Identifies growth opportunities for the brands in charge of in all markets through a fully integrated brand tactical plan, and fully implements the approved marketing concept and marketing plan.
Set performance objectives based on marketing plans and assessment of target performance vs. forecast.
Acquire/possess an in-depth knowledge of the customer/marketplace, key dynamics and company policies as well as up to date knowledge of key competitors and their likely strategies.

**Minimum requirements**

University degree in Science/and or Marketing Degree/MBA
Fluent English essential. Arabic & French an added advantage but not mandatory.
2-3 years in a managerial role. Managerial commercial role is a plus
Solid tumor experience is a must
