As an Asset Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the renovation of staff allocation for a leading energy group in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the allocation and optimization of assets, including office space, equipment, and resources, to support the efficient operation of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Inventory Management**: Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets, including office space, furniture, equipment, and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Space Planning and Allocation**: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess space utilization needs and develop strategic plans for office layout and staff allocation, optimizing space efficiency and functionality.
- **Renovation Project Management**: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation projects related to staff allocation, including office reconfigurations, refurbishments, and expansions, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and service providers for renovation projects, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- **Resource Optimization**: Optimize the allocation of resources, including office space, furniture, equipment, and amenities, to support the evolving needs of the organization and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to office renovations and staff allocation, implementing measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- **Asset Tracking and Reporting**: Implement systems and processes for tracking asset usage, maintenance, and performance, generating reports and analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees, providing updates on renovation projects, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in asset management, facilities management, or project management, preferably within the energy industry or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with space planning, interior design, and renovation project management processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
