The role will represent the ENTERTAINER Travel Hotels Worldwide product and services working in a support role with the global Travel team and directly with the hotel portfolio. The role will involve co-ordination of all sales and marketing activities for this division. Experience in a similar role in hospitality will be highly regarded. You will be relationship focused, proactive, organized, detailed orientated with a passion for working in travel within a fast-paced environment.
**The Travel Account Executive will be responsible for the following**
- Management of the in-house CRM
- Proactive research on new and existing contacts for all associated hotels
- Generate Hotel Redemption Reporting and input into Salesforce
- Co-ordinate marketing material for hotels
- Delivery of product training to all hotel employees
- Preparation of weekly planners, diaries, yearly action plans
- Manage Customer Service enquiries for hotels and create and manage reports on any hotel issues
- Responsibility for the digital and social media schedules for the wider sales team
- Co-ordinate travel trade shows
- Seasonal renewal of contracts
- Manage the upkeep of all internal systems
- Produce PowerPoint presentations to be delivered to prospective and existing hotels
- Work with senior management throughout the business to deliver operational statistics to the Travel team
- Assist in managing the portfolio of existing Hotel client partnerships
- Maintain and build strong working relationships with current and new Hotel partners
- Contribute to the sales cycles from prospecting to closing of new Hotel partners
**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, relationship management or similar role
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
- Salesforce product knowledge would be an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Proactive and Results orientated
- Proven track record of working within a fast pace dynamic environment
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Fluent in English
