Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Identify sources and promote the property to procure business.
- To ensure that proper awareness is created of the Hotel.
- To coordinates for the sales budget and expenses and to work with them
- To assist the Director of Sales to prepare the Sales plan and Strategies.
- To compile a detailed Monthly Report on Sales Activities with copies to all relevant Departments.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- To Coordinate actively and sell the program of Corporate account and Frequency.
- To plan and participate in all Sales Activities
- To obtain maximum exposure for the Hotel.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Liaising with designers and printers; organizing photo shoots; writing and proofreading copy; sourcing and securing sponsorship.
- Focus on content management, usability, demand generation, integration and management of social media tools, the management of website optimization using both natural and paid methods and online sales.
- Organizes and accompanies Fam / Site inspection trips to the hotel by major clients.
- Keeps all departments informed on sales related issues and ensure that direct mailing is regularly undertaken to the local market.
- Enhance the hotel knowledge and image through proper selected media and marketing / public relations efforts.
- Create social & environmentally friendly program that expose the hotel in the community as a property.
- Social Media is an integral part of your day-to-day job responsibilities., you need to maintain adequate social media coverage with a minimum of two post on daily basis at Facebook, Instagram and twitter.
- All Indoor event has to be exposed in proper manner at the related social media channel, in proper posting manner. All post should be coordinated with DOSM prior to posting.
- Beside to your day-to-day activities, you will assign to generate a rooms and F&B business from selected accounts which will be assigned to you by DOSM
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
