A Sales & Marketing Coordinator will fully support, from administrative, customer service, Marketing, content development and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.What will I be doing?As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, Marketing, content development and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenueUnderstand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotionsGenerate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationshipsProduce quotations and written confirmation to all clientsProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales team and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leadsMonitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future businessArrange and carry out Hotel show roundsAssist with Marketing initiatives of the hotelCreate flyers, posts on social media and other marketing related to ensure continuous communication with guests about programs in the hotelDevelop reports that could assist commercial leaders with decision based on data availableRun analysis of multiple promotions to ensure right returnsWhat are we looking for?A Sales & Marketing Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProactive approach to meeting deadlines and targetsExcellent organisational and administration skillsKnowledge of Canva and PhotoshopAbility to creatively showcase promotions in images that can be published on social mediaknowledge of different marketing tools that can be used to boost campaigns. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.Previous exposure to hotel industry is a must.
