Maintain accurate and update product, shipping, and receiving data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Coordinate incoming shipments and deliveries, ensuring that the warehouse team is prepared to receive and process items efficiently.
- Help schedule and track appointments for deliveries and pickups
- Prepare, coordinate and file important warehouse documents, such as delivery receipts, packing slips, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety documentation requirements.
- Ensure that all administrative procedures align with warehouse safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office space within the warehouse.
- Handling of Petty cash management for the warehouse.
- Daily update of Expenses incurred on the accounting software used.
- Compiling information related to monthly payroll for staff.
- Assist with the coordination of warehouse staff schedules and time tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- **Working Hours**: The standard working days are from Monday to Saturdays, and the working hours are from 8am to 5pm daily.
- **Location**: Our office is located in a warehouse in the SAIF Zone, Sharjah.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
