**Job Purpose**:
Acquire new business, perform business & market analyses, and improve relationship with clients with an objective to increase revenue stream progressively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new business and manage relationship with existing clients to ensure continuity of business
- Present & promote company products and services to current and potential clients more specifically the WPS services and to devise plans to target the employees for the related remittance services
- Plan and organize the call in CRM
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Identify sales prospects and work towards with a plan to solicit them as well as maintain relationship to maximize revenue with the assigned accounts
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from filed activity and through the existing network of customers
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts with an objective to win customers.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and continue to enhance the product knowledge and related skills
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Gather feedback from customers and coordinate with the concerned team to improve product delivery, enhance the customer value proposition, increase marketing activity to improve reach, better awareness with an objective to improve customer base and revenue streams
- Participate in marketing events to interact with the potential customers to target the employees for other remittance and related services
- Arrange for product usage training with the target customers to enhance their satisfaction levels
- Collect market, competition data, analyse to come up with new strategies to achieve objectives

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Master’s degree in Business administration is an added advantage

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years in the financial service industry within the UAE and relevant experience in dealing with Corporates & SME’s

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Networking combined with interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly & work under pressure
- Good negotiations skills
- Target oriented with a focus on outcome
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage
