**Contracts Administrator**

**Contracts Administrator Requirements and Qualifications**

Ø With a minimum of 3-4 years experience as a contracts administrator in the construction industry, preferably in the precast industry from UAE or other GCC.

Ø Diploma/ or relevant certificate.

Ø Software proficiency: Knowledge in drafting and proficiency MS. Excel, MS Office, Outlook

Ø Experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing client and vendor agreements.

Ø Well-versed in organizing and tracking contract files.

Ø Ensure that the records are accurate and up to date.

Ø Expertise in the preparation of contract letters and other communications and notices.

Ø Review and update existing contracts.

Ø Understand and comply with company contracts.

Ø Attending meetings for assessing progress on projects which are in motion to take detailed notes to share with stakeholders.

Ø Preparation and updating of project progress report status.

Ø Expertise in spotting inconsistencies in contracts.

Ø Strong experience in customer service and strong communication skills.

Ø Ability to work independently with productivity as part of a team.

Ø Well-experienced in verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Administrative or secretarial skills are mandatory.

Ø The ability to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

Ø The ability to quickly learn and master internal contracts management systems.

**Salary**: From AED1,000.00 per month
