Position Summary

Working closely with the Head of Department, the position holder is expected to have full visibility, complete power-mapping of large opportunities in order to increase the Business Opportunities in line with SGE’s guidelines and objectives. In the process, the position shall take the role of consultative selling to increase the Display sales in the UAE and other GCC countries. The position ensures to deliver the end-to-end business development management responsibility with high revenue & profitability target in mind.

Role and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
- Main Objective to increase the No of BO’s for Professional Display (LCD & LED ) sales & achieve the Monthly Targets thru End customer Approach
- Manage the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners in Market.
- Meeting the partners regularly to increase the No of BO’s & Sales of Samsung Pro. Display’s to increase their Sell Out.
- Recruit tier 2 partners to capture their strengths and convince them to start selling and promoting Samsung Displays instead of competitors displays to increase our reach to the end customers
- Accompany Tier 1 or Tier 2 partners for the customer meetings and convince them for promoting and selling Samsung Displays also assisting them for any clarification or support required to convince the end customer
- Managing pricing to all the Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 partners respectively
- Prepare Commercial / Technical proposals along with Pre-sales to meet the end customer requirements
- Managing and preparation of PI’s for weekly, monthly sales sell in to partners
- Directly following with order management post confirmation of the PI (payment, releases, pick up etc.)

Essential skills and experience
- Very Solid Database of End Customer Relations and Connection in UAE and Gulf Area
- Planning/organizing - the position holder plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Persuasive communication - the position holder speaks clearly, persuasively and professionally while presenting solutions, technology concepts to customers under positive or negative situations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; demonstrates group presentation skills and in conducting meetings.
- Customer focused - the position holder ensures to meet with full satisfaction the business requirements of the clients which can be fulfilled by Samsung Display Solutions
- Analytical - the position holder synthesizes complex or diverse information.
- Creativity & innovation - the position holder identifies areas of improvements and offers alternative course of actions.
- Judgment - the position holder displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions.
- Excellent in building relationship - good business acumen & building excellent relationship with IT corporate resellers, key government & corporate end users.
- Graduate in Business Management course or its equivalent degree
- Techno-commercial background
