Hiring energetic and capable administrative secretary (Female - Arabic Speaking) to assist us with office administration.
- Duties will typically consist of data entry and maintaining database, office management, document preparation and filing and performing basic office accounting tasks.
- Highly organized in performing a wide array of administrative duties.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle office correspondence.
- Handle information requests from clients and visitors.
- Integrate best practices and standards in administrative functions.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in secretarial role.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
