**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Leadership**: Lead the procurement process for facility-related goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.**Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve savings.**Vendor Management**: Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance, quality, and compliance with contractual agreements.- Conduct regular vendor assessments and foster positive relationships with key suppliers.**Asset Management**: Implement and maintain an effective asset management system.- Ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of company assets.**Fleet Management**: Manage the procurement of fleet vehicles, optimizing the fleet for cost efficiency and reliability.- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with fleet management policies.**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and requirements.- Ensure effective communication and coordination between procurement and other departments.**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on facilities-related procurement.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and achieving cost reductions.
- Knowledge of asset management and fleet management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Certifications**:
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus
