**Role Summary**
- Working with shared KPI’s to ensure best in class manufacturing.
- Line managing for CDP, DCDP and commis on daily basis.
- Deliver KPI’s by monitoring and being responsible for the performance of factory colleagues.
- Collaborate with quality control to establish and execute quality control procedures.
- Prepare key production reports set by the Production Manager.
- Motivate the factory workers to continually achieve targets.
- Broad understanding of multi cross functional manufacturing.
- Stay informed and brief the team about the latest development in innovation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and information in the quality food and safety hygiene area.
- Ensure waste management is done on real time.
- Ensure all production work orders are closed on daily basis before dispatch.
- Ensure to conduct daily briefing to section leaders regarding production challenges.
- Ensure all OOS is highlighted to production manager on daily basis
- Ensure SLA is achieved across the operations.
- Manage daily manufacturing in the factory, maintaining quality and efficiency at all times.
- Ensures technical functions to improve efficiency and keeping the highest level of food safety.
- Ensure the execution of the daily production plan is achieved. MPS report.
- Ensure all Quality assurance sheets are filled on real time with no deviations.
**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:
**Minimum Qualifications/education**
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in hotel management and catering background.
**Minimum experience**
- 2+ years in Food Production.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory.
- The ability to multitask.
**Skills**
- Knowledge of industrial specific factory equipment is key.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process associated with the development and monitoring of products.
- English (Full professional proficiency - Required).
