Assistant Property Manager

Required Assistant Property Manager for a real estate developer and Property Management company in UAE.

Location: Abu Dhabi

**Working experience in Real Estate Developers and handling Commercial properties is a must**

Bachelor’s degree / Equivalent

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property executive

Knowledge of **Oracle Siebel CRM system.**

**Responsible for managing lease agreement, renewal of leases for commercial properties.**

Please go through the below detailed requirement

1. Deputize for the Head of Property Management & Leasing in his/her absence.

2. Maximise occupancy with mínimal turnaround times.

3. Assist and support the property management and leasing team in solving issues and complaints.

4. Train new joiners.

5. Meet problematic customers dealing with any issues or queries relating to renting the property - ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

6. Provide high quality customer service and take an active role in the tenant retention program.

8. Negotiate and agree the lease period, rent, number of cheques, security deposit etc.., with the tenant as per the policy.

9. Escalate any rent discount/waivers requests and obtains necessary approvals.

10. Ensures that SOPs are followed and compliance of SOPs by Property Executives.

11. Identifies bad debt customers ensuring correct legal actions are taken and non-renewal notices are served

12. Ensures the property management team retain up-to-date tenants" documents in the tenant electronic and hard file with all documents generated during the leasing process.

**13. Ensure all the information in Oracle/CRM is accurate and updated and executes any approvals in Oracle/CRM.**

**14. Monitors performance of Property Executives on a day to day basis and provides feedback to the Head of Property Management & Leasing for enhancement/improvement of systems and processes.**

15. Attends weekly management meetings.

16. Assists with generating offers for corporate clients, involved in the handover process of properties in the portfolio

17. Provide support to Head of Property Management & Leasing by producing, modifying and /or distributing various forms, spread sheets, manuals, information packages, and miscellaneous typewritten information

18. Prepare weekly/monthly reports/statistics as requested by the Head of Property Management & Leasing.

19. Perform any other relevant task as directed by Head of Property Management & Leasing.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

- handling a team of Property Executives: 3 years (required)

- Working in Real Estate Developers: 5 years (required)
- CAFM/Oracle: 2 years (required)
- Assistant Property Manager: 3 years (required)
- Commercial Property leasing: 5 years (required)
