As a Customer Service Representative at Wedujj Solutions, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, interacting with customers to provide assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
