- L’équipe
- **Operations Strategy**

intervient auprès des directions générales et des directions des opérations (CEO, COO, CDO, directions supply-chain, industrielles, R&D, Achats) afin de les accompagner dans la
- **réalisation de leurs projets stratégiques de transformation**

(stratégie industrielle, make or buy, schéma directeur supply-chain, connected supply-chain, réduction des coûts, stratégie produit, développement produit et innovation, design to cost, stratégie achats, industrie 4.0, lean manufacturing, excellence opérationnelle, relocalisation industrielle, refonte du modèle opérationnel, stratégie de décarbonation).
- Elle accompagne ses clients depuis le
- **cadrage stratégique d’un projet de transformation**

et jusqu’à
- **son exécution**

- Au sein de cette équipe, vous rejoindrez un réseau international de 2400 consultants en stratégie des opérations et vous serez amené à participer à des projets de dimension internationale.
- Les secteurs sur lesquels vous pourrez intervenir sont variés : Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Industries manufacturières, Industries de process, Consumer Goods, Santé,...
- La plupart des missions mobilisent souvent plusieurs expertises du cabinet avec lesquelles vous serez amenés à collaborer : Business Strategy, Deals/M&A, IT Strategy, Data analytics, Change leadership.

En tant que manager, vous êtes un élément clé de l’organisation, intégré à une équipe projet sous la responsabilité d’un directeur ou d'un partner.

Vous conduisez des projets, gérez la relation avec le client, assurez le suivi budgétaire et participez à la préparation et présentation des résultats à vos clients. Vous serez amenés à vous déplacer chez nos clients en France et à l’étranger.

Vous vous inscrivez dans la vie de l'équipe, le développement des collaborateurs, la création d'offres innovantes Operations Strategy et contribuez au développement du thought leadership garant de la notoriété du cabinet.

**Vos qualifications**

**_ Education_**
- Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur (X, CentraleSupelec, Arts & Métiers, Mines, Ponts,) et/ou de commerce / MBA / Sciences-Po

**_ Expériences_**

**_professionnelles _**
- Vous bénéficiez de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle en conseil en Opérations où vous avez pu mener des projets de transformation au sein d' entreprises industrielles. Un parcours alliant expérience opérationnelle et en cabinet sera également apprécié.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le sens du service client
- Vous avez une expérience solide en gestion de projet, management d’équipe et de la relation client pendant l’exécution des projets, et une appétence pour le business développement
- Vous aimez coordonner différentes expertises et travailler avec elles dans une logique pragmatique de co-construction
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de travail dans un environnement complexe et exigeant
- Vous avez une capacité à aller de la définition de la stratégie à l’accompagnement pour sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle
- Vous avez une excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
