**IT Manager Job Description**

**Position**: IT Manager

**Location**: Al mutakamela Vehicle Testing Center, Al Quoz/ Al Aweer / Al Qusais Dubai

**Position Summary**:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure. He /She will lead a team of IT staff, ensuring the efficient operation, security, and strategic alignment of technology resources with organizational goals. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including hardware and software management, network administration, security, project enhancement, policy development, Budget management, documentation and preventive maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT system administration and support and Software development staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary resources and skills to excel in their roles.

2. **Infrastructure Management**:

- Plan, implement, and maintain the organization's hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and cloud services.
- Coordinate With RTA(Dubai) & Other stakeholder for ICT Integration (RTA Centralized vehicle Inspection System, RTA Smart Monitoring System ,RTA TIBCO System, ERP(Tally ERP, Own ERP,POS,CRM,HRMS,KPI & Other Apps)
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure to meet the needs of the business.
- Check security, coverage and maintenance of CCTVs for all sites
- Develop & execute disaster recovery procedures, & maintain data backups. Handle business-critical IT tasks & systems and Network administration

Managing Other Applications Like Attendance & Door Access Control [ingress Figertec], ,Queue Management System, Digital Signage Software

Anti-virus server/client Administration [Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 Server

3. **Network Administration**:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure (Cisco based Network infrastructure [Cisco catalyst 4503, 2900, SG200-50P]), including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Manage all MPLS, ADSL, PRInetworks are connected and up to date with the relevant documents.
- Manage Campus Wi-Fi With Guest SSID, captive portal & Radius Server (NAP) Authentication

4. **Security**:

- Maintain and develop firewall (SonicWALL Network Security Manager (NSM), SonicWALL NSA5700, NSA2650, Tz600, Tz400) and network usage and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from security threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.

5. **Policy Development**:

- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Educate employees on IT policies and procedures to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance.

6. **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the IT department budget, including forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and monitoring expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and technology investments that provide strategic value to the organization.

7. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8 years) in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as systems administration and support, network management, IT security, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g.,ITIL V4, ITSM, CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, ) are a plus.

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Talent Acquisition: 4 years (required)
- Automobile Industry: 3 years (preferred)
