**UI/UX Designer - SlidesTech IT**

SlidesTech IT is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative individual who embodies a designer's mindset. We aim to elevate our digital products to the next level, and we're seeking someone who can set a high standard for design and usability. This role requires you to fully own the design process, starting from in-depth research to building user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that resonate with our brand identity. At SlidesTech IT, UX isn't just about creating interfaces; it's about reimagining, iterating, and perfecting the user experience.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop concepts and designs that align with project objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and collaborative creativity.
- Think outside the box and generate original graphic designs and assets.
- Take complete ownership of the user experience for our products, from initial concept to detailed UX specifications and refined UI designs.
- Create UI/UX wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, including accurate user flows and mockup animations.
- Design and implement scalable UI systems, managing them from conceptualization to launch.
- Stay ahead of the curve by advocating for UI/UX trends and best practices, becoming the go-to expert on all things UX within our team.
- Craft original graphic elements (e.g., images, sketches, tables) and set a high standard for style, including fonts, colors, and imagery.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and seamless user interactions.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with an impressive online portfolio showcasing design and/or illustration projects.
- Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions beyond conventional software use.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond swiftly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional creative, conceptual, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to great decision-making in an empathetic and respectful manner.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team.
