We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated & result oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can deliver the company’s ambitious growth plans.

**Job Overview**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enter new markets. The incumbent will showcase company’s cutting-edge product, onboard new client, PMC & Developers, to expand the company's market reach.

The role is pivotal in driving growth and requires a blend of market knowledge, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate developers, property management firms and individuals with large real-estate portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

2. Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse potential markets and assess their viability for the company’s products and services.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create actionable plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the company’s offerings meet market demands.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Build a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market developments and opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate technology trends and innovations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree

a. Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

b. Master’s degree or MBA is a **plus**.

2. UAE Driving License is a must.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
