You will be working as Sales Manager, will be the part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors & Generators division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to abide with ABB safety and integrity guidelines with zero tolerance, ensure full cooperation and alignment with MO head of sales, account managers and segment leaders to have common direction in the marketplace and act as one team and to serve the customers the way they need to be served.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with the different division stakeholders regionally and globally ensuring the best support to the market and the sales organization, ensuring proper market sizing and channels to market definition in UAE for large motors and generations
- Analyzing the market and defining appropriate sales forecast and plans, evaluating and sharing with all stakeholders in UAE Motion LSU market developments, customers feedback and competitor analysis, defining, planning and ensuring implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives
- Collaborating with all stakeholders in LSU to driving sales respective products and fit for the purpose offerings, creating plans and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning
- Ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and commercial) for MOLM offering portfolio in coordination & collaboration, driving sales and technical support to our customers and to be the domain expertise for MOLM offering portfolio
- Developing and implementing product support and best in class offerings first time to customers, supporting market intelligence activities, driving cross-divisional collaboration in a healthy and structured way to support packaging business, protecting and growing ABB market position and increasing installed base
- Together with the Account Managers and Segment Leaders - building and maintaining strong support and relationships with new and existing customers and consultants ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Understanding customer needs in the market by visiting customers together with Account Managers and Segment Leaders. Ensuring the customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyzed results and assisting with corrective actions. Developing and implementing product support and best in class offerings first time to customers.
- Supporting market intelligence activities to uniquely position ABB to gain additional market share for Large Motors and Generators. Ensuring the execution of MOLM sales strategy in coordination with all stakeholders in UAE LSU and targets achievement in allocated segments and customer accounts for Medium Voltage Motors in coordination with segment leaders and through fruitful collaborations on BA level and across divisions.
- 1Working closely with Head of Sales, Account Managers and Segment Leaders to prepare annual sales plans for Large Motors and Generators and in line with division mandate as well as the LSU strategy. Implementing business-driven actions in accordance.
- Supporting, developing and maintaining solid and healthy sales pipeline with high information quality and balanced nature to deliver plans committed for Large Motors and Generators across key focus segments and through all possible channels with balanced G2M approach
- Together with Head of Sales, Account Managers and Segment Leaders - Identify “Must-win” opportunities and solicit the necessary support for same. Utilizing fully the sales and division tools to supporting sales plans, account plans and segment strategies and to track and develop opportunities. Providing monthly sales forecasts and specific reports on sales development to the Head of Sales
- Feed back to the division, head of sales, account managers and segment leaders as appropriate on market trends, product needs, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, conditions to win
- Ensuring effective marketing communications, in particular ABB’s value proposition
- Driving and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree / BSC degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in sales or product management with at least 5 years’ experience in Large Motors and Generators
- Knowledge & hands on experience on sales configurator tool (eg : Cuusamo) is preferred
- Fluency in English language is m
