**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **motivated Real Estate Agent** to join our team in **Abu Dhabi**. This commission-based role gives you the opportunity to **earn unlimited income** while providing exceptional service to clients buying, selling, or renting properties. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting properties, and closing deals in one of the most exciting real estate markets in the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**: Provide expert advice to clients regarding buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
**Lead Generation**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
**Property Viewings**: Organize and conduct property viewings, presenting them with professionalism and attention to detail.
**Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties.
**Market Insights**: Stay up to date with **Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends**, providing clients with accurate, data-driven insights.
**Client Satisfaction**: Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring a positive and long-lasting relationship.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience in Real Estate**: Ideally in **Abu Dhabi’s market**, but all real estate backgrounds are welcome.
**RERA / ADM License**: A valid license is **mandatory** for this role.
**UAE Driving License**: Required to visit properties and meet clients.
**Strong Negotiation Skills**: Confidence and experience in negotiating deals and closing transactions.
**Excellent Communication**: Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus
**In-Depth Knowledge**: Familiarity with the **Abu Dhabi property market** and its trends.
**Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
**Client-Focused**: Passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
